And We Wonder Why We Cant Have Roads!

This is a picture of the land between Kotzebue and Kiana. The Northwest Arctic has alot of water and in the winter is completely frozen which allows more of a road system than in the summer. As you can see it is a completely intricate system of waterways that when frozen allows roads for the snow machines between villages.

Thank you for your prayers and stay in contact with us.

Sounds like you guys are still having fun. Wish I was still up there. I hear the smoker warmed up nicely after attaching the fire box. I need Jen's cornbread recipe...send it to timmy_stevens@yahoo.com. Praying for the both of you!

Thanks Tim! Yea the firebox worked great I have done two batches in the smoker. The last batch had 8 fillets and it smoked in 4 hours. I will post some pics on our blog. I will tell Jennifer to send you her cornbread recipe. Take care man! We are living with John and Kim now;) Had any brownies lately? Ha, Ha!
