This is a picture of my smoker that I built for smoking salmon and possibly a caribou quarter. I built this smoker completely out of things I found at our village dump. Everything is recycled and it was an exciting project for me. One of the men that came up from Arkansas (Tim) and I started the project together and built everything except the heat box and attatchments. Possibly some of you will be able to reap some of the benefits of the smoked salmon when we get back to the states.
Again thanks for the prayers and continue to lift us up.

I like the smoker! Sounds like you and tim had a good time making it together. That has to be the greatest junkyard ever. I am praying for you guys. Hope things are going well.
I like how the heat box turned out. I would say thats at least a $350 smoker...have to consider the shipping costs. What's the next junkyard adventure going to be? Praying for you all and looking forward to seeing some hunting pictures.
Hey its good to hear from you guys. I dont know if you've heard but we are staying all year. Jennifer got an aid job and I am going to be subbing among some other things. Anyway thought you might be interested in knowing. Tim, we are going to be living in Ruth's daughters cabin. Jennifer and I are both excited about an arctic winter experience and more than that we are excited to see what God is going to do while we are here. Not sure what the next junkyard job will be. Maybe a shower in our house! Ha, Ha! See you guys later. Thanks for the prayer.
Zack,
Alaska is in the STATES!

Zack Greer...I have been looking for you again since we stopped talking a few months after you got married. I found you on facebook and want to re-connect and catch up on old times. Maybe if I get the chance to go to the rigs there in Alaska for my parents job I can get a chance to meet up with you. Hope to hear from you.
