Tuesday Morning

This morning is a prime example of how the Lord uses us when we are willing to put action to our words!
Jennifer and I started our day around nine o' clock this morning with a cold shower and a warm cup of Joe. As I finished my Bible reading I recieved a phone call from pastor John Peipmeier concerning a man that had called him that was having a problem with a spirit controling his mind, which was pushing him into many instances of drugs abuse and suicidal attempts. So pastor John came by our house to pick me up to go and pray for this man and soon to be wife. When we got there, pastor John went up to the house to see if it was alright if I come in as well. He abliged and seemed very concerned about this man in the village who had been controlling his mind through spiritual powers. As pastor John and I began to talk with them we came to a point where I asked him and his soon to be wife about their faith in Jesus Christ. Both of them told me that they had never asked Jesus to be there personal Lord and Savior, so I shared the gospel with them and Pastor John led them in a prayer to recieve Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. So now we have two new believers in Jesus Christ. Through their tear filled eyes they hugged both of us and could not thank us enough for leading them into a personal relationship with Jesus. God is good and draws whom He wills. Praise the Lord for His power to transform lives.
Continue to pray for them and their new walk with the Lord. People up here in the northwest arctic region continually battle with depression, alcohol abuse, drug use, and suicide. Pray that God will make Himself real to these new believers as they begin to lead a new life in Him that 9is visible to a lost world.

Praise God that He is using you so quickly up in Alaska. Know that you are being prayed for here in the Tx. Panhandle.
